Successful submitters who have not registered after this date will be removed from the program.
Regular fees
Early registration (until September 15, 2018): 250€
Late registration (from September 16, 2018): 350€
Student fees
Early registration (until September 15, 2018): 75€
Late registration (from September 16, 2018): 125€
Students from Africa may contact us to obtain exemption from fees.
The for an accompanying person to participate to the social dinner is 70€.

The registration fee includes:
- Early evening reception (November 8, 2018)
- All coffee breaks
- 2 lunches (November 9 and 10, 2018)
- Conference dinner (November 9, 2018, Salone dei Cinquencento, Palazzo Vecchio)
